Careers
We want staff who are extremely passionate about children, naturally enthusiastic, confident communicators, and who will bring love, professionalism, and a ‘happy’ personality into the lives of the children in our care.
If you’re interested in a career in childcare, or are already working in childcare, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
With a growing reputation in the childcare sector, our staff are the key reason for our success. We’re always on the lookout for enthusiastic staff that are passionate about children, who have excellent and confident communication skills, are hardworking, and who will bring love, care, professionalism, and a ‘happy’ personality into the lives of the children in our care.
At Immaculate Tots Childcare we offer an NVQ apprenticeship scheme and use this scheme to introduce a limited number of carefully selected new and enthusiastic practitioners to childcare.
We are proud to work hard to ensure that we support our apprentices through their learning journey. The scheme is funded, work is paid, and we expect our apprentices to qualify at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent within 12 – 18 months of joining us.
Our apprentices work alongside experienced professionals and we expect our apprentices to contribute to the high-quality care that we provide. You will combine ‘on the job’ training at the nursery with the need to manage your own ‘study time’.
Working as an additional member of our staff team ‘over and above’ our normal staffing means that you will be providing our nurseries with additional support – which we have found is of huge benefit to you (to gain hands on experience and training), and to both the children we care for and for your fellow staff members.
For those of us with experience in childcare, we know that some nurseries operate differently and standards can vary.
We are proud to say that our nursery is exceptionally well equipped and we have created an exceptional environment based on the Reggio Emilia Approach. We invest heavily in both training and supporting our staff aspirations – and having fun is key for our children and our staff. Our work ethics are high and we expect commitment, demand passion and enthusiasm, and hope that you can offer a genuine love for our children.
You can expect a lot from us, too. Professionalism, investment in your own professional career development, team spirit – and a warm happy welcome every day.
You can contact us by either:
- Forwarding your CV to the email address on the contact us section of our website and when a vacancy arises we will contact you,
- Contacting the nursery to enquire if there are any vacancies currently,
- Or reviewing our current vacancies – full or part time – by looking on our vacancies page and by getting in touch with us if we have something specific that you’d like to apply for.
